Sponsor of conference
The package includes:
- participation in the conference of up to 3 representatives;
- welcoming speech on the opening and closing ceremony of the conference;
- 30-minutes speech on the conference;
- participation in 75-minutes round-table discussion;
- enclosure of sponsor’s advertising leaflet into the handouts of all conference attendees (printed module, A4 size);
- placement of sponsor’s logo and indication of sponsor’s status in all information materials, distributed by the conference organizer (official invitations for attendees, badges, conference program, presentations, bags, etc.);
- placement of sponsor’s logo on the conference site www.ibcpib.com;
- placement of logo and information about the sponsor in the corporate electronic edition (data base - 60 000 subscribers, distribution period: 26 March 2010 – 26 May 2010);
- placement of the sponsor’s advertising banner ia all places where the conference will be held;
- publication of sponsor’s subject article in conference materials;
- ceremonial handing of honorable diploma, organizer’s words of gratitude on the closing ceremony of the conference;
- photo report about the conference.
The package proposes:
- Free flight to Tallinn and back – for one sponsor representative;
- Free hotel accommodation at Swissotel – for 3 sponsor representatives;
- Transfer «airport – Swissotel Tallinn – airport» - for 3 sponsor representatives;
- Personal car during the whole conference.
